New Winner, Same CHAMP Spikes
The story is begining to sound all too familiar. Again this week there is a PGA Tour event finishing in a playoff and the winner won wearing CHAMP spikes. CHAMP congratulates the winner of the FedEx St. Jude Classic played in Memphis, Tennessee as he wins his first tour event wearing the ProSTINGER™ spikes. This is the 16th win for CHAMP on the PGA Tour this year.
On the European Tour at the BMW Italian Open there was another first time winner who also chose to play in the #1 Brand on Tour. Played at the Royal Park I Roveri in Turin, Italy, nine of the top ten finishers also chose to wear CHAMP Spikes. In addition the number of participants in each event is also growing as 80% of the entire field this week wore CHAMP.

Stinger vs Zarma Memorial Win
In another tournament with a storybook-ending CHAMP congratulates the winner of the 2011 PGA Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide Insurance. In an incredible comeback on Sunday to clinch the title with a one-stroke victory the winner’s choice in traction technology was CHAMP Spikes.
The #1 Brand on Tour is pleased to add the win this weekend as well as having five of the top ten competitors choose the CHAMP spike brand. This week also was a strong finish for the new CHAMP Zarma® Spike finishing in second place to the winner in the ScorpionSTINGER™ Spike. CHAMP Zarma spikes were launched earlier this year and have had a growing following on all of the professional tours as well as at retail stores globally.
CHAMP also celebrates a strong finish on the LPGA Tour playing at the ShopRite LPGA Classic where the field had 50% competing in the ScorpionSTINGER and Zarma spikes.
