Darrell Survey Statistics Show CHAMP Spikes on PGA Tour Winner

The PGA Tour has had many great stories at the end of each tournament in the 2010 season. This week at the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospital for Children Open there was a playoff finish that will be remembered as one of the most unbelievable finishes of the year.

In a three-man playoff, the tournament was decided when the winner, wearing CHAMP ProStinger™ Spikes, hit a hole-in-one on the fourth playoff hole. CHAMP was also proud to have six of the top ten finishers and more than half of the entire field competing in CHAMP spikes. This is the 26th victory for CHAMP during the 2010 PGA Tour season.

Across the pond at the Castello Masters Costa Azahar in Valencia, Spain the up and coming Italian teenager of the European Tour took the victory while wearing CHAMP’s most popular model, the ScorpionSTINGER™ Spike. Accompanying him on the leaderboard was 66% of the entire field and 9 of the top 10 finishers. This is also CHAMP’s 26th win on the European Tour season.

“What an incredible way for a PGA tournament to end. At CHAMP, we are certainly proud to have the majority of the field and we extend our congratulations to the champion who left viewers smiling from a surprising finish that is sure to be remembered” states Harris MacNeill, President and CEO of CHAMP / MacNeill Engineering. “As we are proud of these results, the real winner this week is Shriners Hospital for Children®. We applaud the medical professionals at Shriners who have dedicated themselves to improving the lives of children as they continue to provide pediatric specialty care, innovative medical research and teaching programs.”
